Among other products, MediPlast creates ear suction sets with success. However, users have been complaining about the hand piece being too small. eye-d was commisioned to create an ergonomically optimized handle. The final design of the suction set handle included better tactile grip with hole features and complex tool cores enabled easy suction control. The process included agile iterations of design, with quick CAD redesigns, RPT prototypes, design reviews and feedback. Intensive cooperation with tool makers enabling very fast time to market.
